Dr. David Sciortino purchased the practice from his father, founder Dr. Anthony Sciortino, and has led St. Louis Medical Center for decades. He specializes in acute spinal adjustments, non-surgical spinal decompression, and auto accident injury care.

Office Manager
Oversees daily office operations, supervises administrative staff, coordinates patient scheduling, and manages medical billing and insurance processing. She also works directly with personal injury attorneys to organize medical record requests, releases, claim documents, and other case-related communications.
Jamie Parking
Case Manager
Guides patients through their complete course of care, from the initial appointment through treatment completion. She conducts consultations and intake, collects patient histories, updates medical records, takes digital X-rays, and assists patients during spinal decompression therapy and related services.
Tara Strasser
Front Desk Receptionist
Manages incoming phone calls, schedules appointments, welcomes patients, and prepares new-patient paperwork. She updates insurance information, maintains accurate medical records, and supports smooth check-in and check-out procedures while helping patients receive clear, friendly, and efficient front-desk service.
David Richter
Therapist
Supports patients throughout their in-office treatment by preparing them for electrical stimulation, mechanical traction, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises. He helps patients follow treatment instructions, use equipment safely, remain comfortable, and complete each assigned therapy session efficiently.
