Teacher Appreciation Giveaway
Active Window: August 1 – August 31 (Annual)
Nominate a North St. Louis County educator who goes above and beyond. We select three local teachers to receive the wellness bundle to start the school year tension-free.
Campaign Prize Bundle:
A $150 Wellness Package (Cervical Sleep Pillow + Bio-Freeze gel) + $100 Classroom Supplies Gift Card.

St. Louis Family Health Day
Each year, Dr. Angela leads a family wellness workshop, providing free postural assessments, ergonomics checklists, and health guides for parents and seniors.
Educational Corporate Outreach
We partner with local manufacturing facilities and businesses to present workshops on safe heavy lifting, core stabilization, and typing ergonomics.
