Over 50 Years of North County Care
St. Louis Medical Center is not a franchise. Founded in 1968 by Dr. Anthony Sciortino, our practice was built on a simple promise: provide local families with clinical competence, honest advice, and effective spinal care.
When Dr. David Sciortino, DC, purchased the clinic from his father, he expanded operations to 1701 S. Florissant Road. He integrated diagnostic testing, a specialized physical rehabilitation gym, and advanced spinal decompression to help patients avoid back surgery.
Today, Dr. David Sciortino runs the clinic alongside associate chiropractors Dr. Ricky Roberts, Dr. Jesse Roberts, and Dr. James Hoffman. Together, we help St. Louis patients recover from chronic pain, whiplash, and workplace injuries.

Established dedicated intake and medical billing departments to coordinate care under Letters of Protection (LOP) and MedPay.

Introduced computer-controlled spinal decompression traction tables and constructed a fully equipped physical therapy gym.
